Description
Fire-tube boilers are available in single fire-tube and double fire-tube versions. The single fire-tube boiler with water-cooled reversal chamber and burner transit can supply steam to 35 t/h. The supplied pressure can vary from 0.5 to 40 bar(g). The hot water boilers deliver a capacity of 0.5 to 22 MW.
There are three main types of fire tube boilers: scotch marine boilers, water tube boilers, and locomotive boilers. Scotch marine boilers are the most common type of fire tube boiler. They are used in a variety of applications, including ships, power plants, and industrial facilities.
The capacity of the water-tube boiler can range from 5 to 120 t/h of steam, with an operating pressure of between 0.5 to 120 bar(g). The boiler can also be used in hot-water systems.
